16 weeks; “bump” is apparently all cyst

I thought I was finally getting a bump but at my last appointment at 15+3 the md said it’s all cysts and that the babies are still really low (both heartbeats were heard in pubic area). I know I shouldn’t be in a hurry to be ‘huge’ (and everything is probably still fine!) but it just seems like with two I should have more of a bump or at least some pelvic fullness so it’s hard not to imagine that maybe they aren’t growing as they should....ugh I hate all this anxiety 🙈
