Me and my baby’s dad are separated. He was abusive towards me and still is trying to control everything I do. He watches her 2 days a week for like 5 hours. Then tells me to come get her because he doesn’t want me doing “whatever I want” I don’t think it’s fair that he gets to literally just go on about his life while I get to do nothing ever. He gives me money every now and then but I am trying to settle this without court. If I want to go and do something every now and then I can’t. He doesn’t want me having a new boyfriend or having friends. He says if I take him to court he will tell the judge he can’t keep her overnight ever so I don’t go out dating or anything. He says he will say that he works early(when he doesn’t). And he is purposely not getting a bed so my baby can’t spend the night. Then he wants to call all hours of the night to speak with my baby saying its only on my time. Will this be allowed?
