Can you breast feed if you have food poisoning?

I ate undercooked chicken, and i have the worst diarrhea and stomach cramps. Can I still breastfeed? Or should I just give her formula Incase?

You can still breastfeed. Food poisoning involves your GI tract which won’t affect your breast milk. You’re good to go!
