Hi, I have stage 4 endo with no symptoms aside from heavy cycles and endo belly's 1 to 2 times a year. I do have a child (9 yr old) but I suffer with secondary infertility. We've been ttc for 4 1/2 years now and nothing. All test came normal from my side and my DHs. This year I decided to finally take control of this "pain in the ass" and change my eating habits to plant-based, excercise, take the appropriate supplements and vitamins, and try fertility acupuncture with chinese herbs. I'm claiming this to be my year! I've seen an RE and inquired about invasive tx but I just don't feel like that is the route for me so I'm going in with these drastic and healthy changes. Any success stories? I could really use all the motivation and baby dust vibes possible.
