I’m out of ideas, help EDIT

My baby has struggled with bad acid reflux since day 1. She projectile vomits a lot, she’s been on two different medications and many different types of formulas. She’s had xrays done. I feel like she does okay with the meds for a couple weeks, then back to projectile vomiting everything. Her pediatrician had us start baby foods to try to thicken the liquids in her belly and it’s not improving at all. We feed her 2 oz at a time, sitting up. Everything we can think of and she is still suffering. Suggestions, or tips? Anything would be greatly appreciated. 😭 she is 4 months.

Edit; we have tried every bottle possible. We have tried every kind of two different brands sold in the stores and formula prescribed by doctor. She had the X-ray of her stomach so I assume they were looking for pyloric stenosis? I’m not sure... with the projectile, it shoots all the way across the room and out of her nose, everything. I just feel so bad for her cause I know that can’t feel great.
