Working out / staying motivated
Has anybody done the chloe ting 2 week shred? If so did you have results? I’m currently on day 3. Also, how did you stay motivated to keep working out? I was 160 before I got pregnant, gained 75 pounds, had pre eclampsia and tons of swelling. After I had my baby I went from 235 to 207 and I am now currently about 197.5.
