I don’t see how this is fair. I don’t mean to sound like a bitter baby mama BUT all my child father has done was have an orgasm and cause me so much stress during the pregnancy that i left him at 5 months. He then pulled the suicide ploy to try to get me back.

Now he’s pushing for more visitation and grand parents rights (for his mother who sent me a long message about how I’m basically a slut and how his daughter probably isn’t even his) while not paying a dime for her. Not offering anything just showing up , keeping her for 2 hours and then leaving. Interesting that our rights are equal yet he’s not required to do anything outside of his 50 dollars in child support if that. We had a rough delivery and she was a NICU baby. The hospital bills are upwards 2000. No help with that. And he’s trying to claim her on taxes!

To top it off, i need his permission to move out of state but he can leave without a problem.

It’s all so frustrating. Any advice is very much welcome.
