Would you be upset?
My roommate lives with me and my husband and our 2 kids.
Today he was cleaning out the fridge and tells my three year old he was going to give her some yogurt. Then told me he was going to give it to her, didn’t even ask if it was okay.
I said no. One, that specific yogurt is my husbands for work. Two, she had breakfast an hour before, and I was getting ready to make lunch.
Then I walk out there and he was giving her some. She didn’t like it and then he handed her a jello cup. Now, I told him before he has to ask me first. I didn’t want her having anything and he was like “it’s just jello. I don’t like wasting food and it’s gonna go bad soon” yet he isn’t the one that buys that food anyways.
Am I wrong to be a bit upset? He has no kids so clearly he doesn’t understand that you can’t give children anything without asking.
I’m not really all that upset he gave it to her. It’s more because I said no and he did it anyways
