Natural Remedies or Products for Eczema

Baby boy will be 10 months in a few days and I noticed around 5 months a few little dry patches on his back or legs. I’ve always made sure to moisturize but lately we have had more days where his entire legs are covered with red patchy spots. He doesn’t seem to notice at all which is good but it looks super uncomfortable so I am trying everything I can to heal it! Neither me or my husband have ever experienced eczema so this is new for both of us. I know the weather has a lot to do with it. I’m lathering him up with lotion every diaper change and after bath I later him in Aquaphor to keep him moisturized throughout the night. We also got him a humidifier. I’m looking for more natural baby bath products and also some eczema cream. Any suggestions?
