Emergency surgery

Isa • Due date 7/21/24 🤩 1st pregnancy was Ectopic rupture, 1/2020. 2022&2023 IVF: 3 failed transfers, 4th transfer of two blastocysts stuck!

I had emergency laparoscopic surgery on a ruptured ectopic pregnancy in my left fallopian tube this past monday night. It was my first pregnancy, and now i am so shattered. Im told that my right tube is intact but it looks ‘short’ and that they were able to leave my left tube in place with a small bit taken off the ‘top’.

Im 26 years old and started TTC only about 3 cycles ago. So this pregnancy happened somewhat easily.. the reason i didnt know i was pregnant until i arrived in the ER on monday is because i had gotten a cervical biopsy on dec 17th. When i began to bleed on December 27th, i thought it was my period because it was perfect timing. But the bleeding never stopped. It was my body attempting to miscarry the pregnancy since the embryo was not in the right location. Im so torn up, i dont know where to begin.

Is there any hope for me to have a baby? I know statistically there is but i feel so traumatized now. Wtf do i do?
