Is it rude for pregnant women to rub their own bellies in public?
There seems to be disgust when certain women express baby joy and I’m wondering what’s behind that? At what point is it wrong to touch your pregnant belly or open your coat while pregnant? I’ve seen a lot of pregnant women shift around a lot and even hold their belly.
For example: Someone shared a Meghan Markle video to prove “she’s a narcissist” because she touched her belly and opened her coat. That’s not even the definition of narcissism.
I went to the video and I’m shocked by the comments. Y’all already know I think 99.95% of the criticisms on this woman are racist. What else could it be to make someone so angry at her pregnancy? Because nobody was mad at Kate and she was happy to become a mom too. I just want to know what the underlying reason is to be angry at a woman for showing her pregnant belly or rubbing it, and why other pregnant women aren’t fated with such hate and vitriol.
I’m sure it’s racism but I would love to be proven wrong. So why was Megan’s pregnancy so unique to some people that they didn’t want her to touch the belly?
