Finally feeling like myself

After having my fourth child at 28 I struggled to find motivation to lose the baby weight..I have horrible thyroid problems and am constantly tired (might also be from the 4 kids 😂) I would just make excuses as to why I couldn’t lose the weight..I wasn’t “overweight” but I felt gross and anxious about getting into summer clothes, last February we decided to buy a treadmill for our home and it was the best decision! I’m 5’7” and started at 150lbs just running and eating healthy,within 4 months I was down to 130 and got to 120lbs before Xmas 2019. I am at my goal weight and have been focusing on weights now to tone and build muscle and I honestly feel sooo much better, my face and eyes are no longer swollen,more energy and am not dreading summer but most importantly I can keep up with my active kids and am helping them to want to eat healthy and stay active 😊 hopefully this post will help motivate a tired mom who just wants to feel like herself again!
