How often do you bathe your kids?

My son gets clear water baths every day per the dermatologist recommendations, and washed in the diaper area every 3 days. We wash his hair once a week because his scalp will dry out.

I’m 36 weeks pregnant with my second. Before when I was a lot smaller she she would take a bath every other day but right now it’s every 3ish days depending how I feel! She’s pretty good in bath these last two bath times were hard because she did not want to get in the bath and turns to find out it was because she does not like the feeling of a bath mat 😂

My 3 year old and 15 month old generally get baths every night before bed. But I'm also 14 weeks pregnant and with the pregnancy fatigue, I generally go every other day. 
I don't wash their hair at every bath, though. I wash my 15 month old's hair every other bath. And my 3 year old has his hair washed every third bath because he has 4 cowlicks and if they get shampooed more than twice a week, he looks like someone rubbed a balloon on the crown of his head.
