HELP - Potty Training; One’s Ready, One’s Not..

So how did y’all do potty training & when? Lol I have twin two year old boys & my one son JUST tonight discovered he can control his pee, while my other son Easton has only been able to do it once (a few days ago) and he’s kinda confused now. I don’t think he understands he can control it lol

I guess to give a little bit of info, we’ve been working on this for months but they haven’t been quite ready yet. Recently they REFUSE to keep any clothes or diapers on, they like the training pants but they often pee thru them. And they do wear their pull ups at night. They’re 2 yrs & 2 months. I out a diaper on and turn around & it’s off in .5 secs lol BUT I have been trying to get them to sit on the potty and it’s kinda working..

Tbh I’m not sure what I’m doing or how to do this 🤣 Any help is appreciated!

Also would like to add that they don’t like rewards they just want to be high fived and hugged lol
