TMI ⚠️ anyone else super Constipated?

Omg pooping after giving birth hurts more than actually pushing the baby out lol. I’ve been sooo constipated! Anyone else? What can I do? 
I almost fainted right now trying to use the restroom. 🚽 I couldn’t pass it. TMI but it’s still in my booty. 😢😭😭😢😭
Is it just me? 
Tbh I hardly eat. I try to drink water (1L) but I know it’s probably not enough. 
I’m breastfeeding not sure if it has to do anything with it?

Take stool softeners every day , i got hemorrhoids with my first and now second because I would forget to take them it would hurt so bad to go and I would bleed , stool softeners solved the problem

Yes!! Seriously, I was like, " Is this payback for having a c section?!". 😂 Not so much constipated anymore, but I got hemroids and now it hurts so badly to go.

Drink celery juice! I do everyday and don’t have a problem.

I am and currently 4w PP. I just took a colace today and drinking more water.

Don't wait too long. It makes it worse.  Lots of water. You can eat prunes and take colase. I ended up in a bunch of pain after 4 days, called the nurse hotline and was told I could take a laxative.

🙋‍♀️ I had PP constipation straight through my 4week appt. I was taking as much colace as the bottle said was ok and my PCP (I had my annual 2.5w pp) said to go ahead with miralax if I really needed it too as I wasn’t breastfeeding. 
I also had a second degree tear and just this last week have finally stopped the colace andbesn having regular & not extremely hard stools. 
If your really concerned I’d call OB if your still not at 6w, or call your PCP. Just make sure they know if you are breastfeeding!
