I’m very excited to be choosing to have a midwife for my pregnancy and to be having my first home birth!! This will be my second pregnancy : )

We are having an in home consultation, to go over everything that comes along with her and what we can expect. I look forward to learning more and feeling more in control than I did when I had my daughter almost 12 years ago now.

I know that many things could arise and potentially change that plan, but I feel quite confident! Doesn’t hurt that I can also see the local hospital out my window, just a quick walk across the street and I’m there if need be.

Ahh! I just can’t wait for all of it! I didn’t think I’d ever have another child, and here I am!

Any advice or suggestions on how to prepare or what I should ask would be much appreciated 🙏
