Did anyone delivery mono/di twins (vaginal or c section) at 38 weeks?

The whole time throughout my pregnancy my doctor has told me that mono/di twins are usually delivery between 36-37 weeks and fraternal at 38 weeks, and also that the longer past 37-38 weeks the babies stay in complications are more likely do to lack of room, and whatever else.. We’ll at my weekly appointment Tuesday he said since everything has been great and gone smoothly this whole pregnancy (knock on wood) that we are going to try for 38 weeks, since the brain development between 36 and 38 weeks is a big difference. So my section is scheduled for 38+1 and now I’m nervous that this is too long for my mono/di twins. Just wondering if anyone else has delivered at or around 38 weeks also to ease my mind.
