Any success stories with low egg numbers?

I just found out I only have about 4-6 follicles and my retrieval is next week. Any success stories with similar numbers?

I know everyone says it all the time, but it’s true that you only need one. I had 7 retrieved, 6 fertilized, two were good enough to freeze, and only one came back PGS normal. I’m now 20 weeks with that one. I was so sure it wouldn’t work and was already planning my next IVF cycle, but you just never know. Good luck and try to stay positive! I like to hope for the best and expect the worst.

I am still waiting on my day 3 & 5 phone calls. I just had my retrieval on Saturday. I was devastated to learn that out of my 15 follicles I only had 5 eggs retrieved. All of them fertilized though 😭🙌🏻 
What I read online was that eggs that aren’t retrieved are usually abnormal and wouldn’t produce a viable pregnancy anyways. Same thing with those who did not fertilize. It’s QUALITY over quantity in this matter for sure! 
I saw a ton of studies that the less follicles and eggs retrieved the high chance that the eggs will be good quality!

My 6 week old daughter is a result of the round of IVF where I only had 3 eggs!

Retrieval is next week . So I am thinking you will still be stimulating till then. So with that you will get more follicles growing.  So they will increase in numbers and size. 
What stim day did they see 4 or 5 ? And what is your stim dose ? They might increase the dose as well maybe those more growth and numbers
