18 days old and baby has a rash on her neck

Can someone help me.

My baby had a rash on her neck and a but in her cheeks. WWE went to the Dr yesterday for her two week checkup and the rash wasn't bad at all. It was just a few pimples here and there. We live in an extremely humid and hot place and my mom thinks it's heat rash.
