Beyond pissed

So being a high risk pregnancy (preterm labor) my OB referred me to another hospital that specializes in preemie care. I’m 24 weeks and she wants me to get checked just to be safe due to slight cramping and discharge the past 2 days. I’ve been sitting in the lobby of labor and delivery for 4 hrs... not one nurse has came to check on me. They told me they will come get me when they are ready. Not to mention I called a head to let them know I was coming and my Situation but she ignored everything I was saying and had a attitude and told me to just come in... what do I do? I haven’t eaten anything since early this morning either and I’m by myself because my husband is at work. Part of me don’t even want them taking care of my baby but it’s the only hospital that can in this city
