Am I right to be upset? Friend is supposed to pick me up from airport

Okay so my friend offered to pick me up from the airport, and I didn't book a shuttle because she told me she would pick me up. I could've just booked a shuttle myself which would be more convenient but I didn't.

I am a student and I don't have a lot of money. This morning after I just landed she said "I just woke up my whole body is sore" then gone MIA.

I thought, no big deal if she's late for a bit. But I don't even know if she is still coming to pick me up. The airport then just announced that they have the last shuttle and won't have any more shuttles until 1pm. It's currently 10:30am and I landed at 9:30am. It's been an hour since she said she would pick me up. My next resort would take the taxi. Taxi to my place costs $90-100 meanwhile if I had booked the shuttle it would just cost $15.

I also have work today at 2pm and if I wait for the shuttle at 1pm, I wouldn't make it to work because it's at least an hour drive from the airport. I have tried calling her, just to know if she is STILL picking me up or not but I hear nothing from her.

I am panicking and frankly quite upset. I don't know how to bring this up to her. I get it she's taking her time to pick me up and her petrol but at the same time I feel like she should let me know if she was running late or something, not just disappear without contact? Am I right to feel this way?
