Rash while teething?

So last night was rough, lo fought sleep for hours till 2am. I checked his teeth to see if they were coming through since he’s been working on his first two for months and they do feel like they should be here this week! Well he was crying off and on for hours so I thought this red rash on his face was from that since my face gets red and puffy after crying too but I noticed today in the bath it’s all over even after hours of no crying. Wouldn’t want to wait till Monday for my ped to open again but idk about the hospital since there are flu germs everywhere rn

No fever so far so idk what this is.
