Advice on med change

A little back story, I’m 35 with a .4 amh. This is my second time ivf. First time was a feb 2018 and successful. I got 3 eggs retrieved 2 fertilized transferred both one made and is now a beautiful baby girl.

We are ready for another one. I start my ivf cycle on my next cycle. My doc is switching my protocol changing the meds. Any body else have experience like mine. Also I notice there is no progesterone on this order so I need to call and ask about that.

Anyway I’m ordering my meds on Monday and just curious if it will make a difference vs the past.
