Am I being fucked with??

Ok, so I really like this guy. We’ve been talking for several weeks now. We’ve got plans to meet up and hangout and stuff.

So I told him that I like him and he says that he likes me too and that I have his heart. But I know he is talking to 2 other girls and he says that he doesn’t know how he feels about them, but he knows that he definitely has feelings for me and the only reason he and I aren’t dating is because he just got out of a relationship a month ago and he says he just needs time to recover because she cheated on him.

Is he totally just fucking around with me and using me or could he be serious?
