Prenatal/Postnatal Vitamins Recommendations?

What vitamins do you like best? I’m taking the first response prenatal/postnatal ones and I like them. Just curious if there is some better ones out there I should be taking

I have always liked Nature Made brand.. they also make post-natal ones that are good... I take one before bed and have never had any issues with it bothering my stomach (which has been an issue for me before with some). Also, I buy the one with DHA for babies brain development.. Regardless of brand, I would always look for one with DHA

The link is for amazon which the old formula which is still good for this instill but will be discontinued. Which was the one I use and was completely worth it. I use it preconceptions, during pregnancy and now postpartum and will continue as long as I am breastfeeding.
2nd picture is what the new formula box looks like. As well as their company direct site where you chat with a Practitioner or if you can’t just go amazon or somewhere else but they are worth then money. I have epilepsy and Hubby has acid reflux and asthma-I took these high quality to prevent and they work I need to be super healthy my seizure medication depletes my vitamins, effects my digestion and dehydrates me. I gave birth to a beautiful healthy baby boy who passed all test along the way and in hospital. High recommend if you can swing the price. So worth. So complains about taste and smell. Honestly yeah the fish oil made me burp a little but what more important taste vitamins that smell good or results. It’s wasn’t terrible it was tolerable even when my smell sense was heightened during pregnancy. If you can’t handle smells how will change diapers lol.
