Which test is best if not testing out trigger?

Just wondering which test you are all using if you aren’t testing out trigger?

Also my RE wants me to wait 16 days past trigger to test! Anyone else’s making you do this? I think I’m going to test at 15 due to me having to work 3 12 hours shifts for 3 days on day 16, there’s no way I can handle going to work like that whether it’s negative or positive, I need a day to deal with the result lol.
