Any nurses here? child cbc results

I am a bit concerened about my 5year old daughters cbc results.

This is indicative of a bacterial infection, yea? Im googling and it has just made me really worried.

I took my daughter to the doctor for itching in her private area aswell as the fact that sometimes a little bit of urine will come out without her knowing and after she has just gone to the toilet.

doctor ordered a blood test aswell as urine and stool test. just got the results back for the blood test and seen all these elevated and am now worried.

your help is much appreciated.
