Bath time: day or night time?

Question

I have a 5 week old. I have been saving bath time for the day time cuz i dont want to jolt baby awake at night when im trying to get him calm & quiet. Mine is ok with a bath doesn’t hate it but doesn’t love it. butAnyone does bath time in the evening or night time & baby still goes to bed at a regular (9-10pm) time?

We do bath time near bed time but it's more of an energy expense than a relaxing time.

We did bedtime baths. My baby was a water baby and the warm water soothes him, he also enjoyed the pampering of lotion and all that good stuff before bed. To be honest though he usually takes 2-3 baths a day even now at 3 because water is his best friend 😂

We do bath time a part of our nighttime routine. :) After bath, I put his nighttime sleeper on and sleep sac, then I breastfeed and he fades away! 😊

Unless he's a mess from eating or is asking for a bath, we always do then before bed.

Ever since my son was a couple months we’ve done baths as part of his bed time routine. Right now he’s 6 months and we have a bath, read a story and then have a top up feed where he’ll usually fall to sleep. Bedtime is roughly 7pm for us.

We got my son on a routine. We do night bath with a bottle following and then put him down to sleep

We always did bedtime baths. The warm water and lavender soap relaxed him and made him go down much quicker than nights he didn't get baths.
