When she said she’s “give you things”, she probably meant she’d help you get on birth control or get condoms so you don’t end up with an STD/STI or get pregnant.

Your mom probably meant condoms when she said she would "give you stuff." But if you're feeling like you are wanting to explore your body that is totally healthy and normal. If you feel comfortable you can try asking your mom for a vibrator and maybe explain you have sexual urges but don't want to have sex (I know, it's awkward).
