Any ideas on what antibiotics I can take?

Been itching down there for some weeks now. Anytime I scratch or gently rub down there, I get a wound. Is dere any antibiotics I can take for now to get rid of the pain. I'll test for an STI when I have enough money to take the test.

If you think it’s a yeast infection try Monistat  if there is a possibility it’s a STI don’t wait on getting tested! If you don’t have the money look up if there is any clinics in your area that does free testing.

Any thick chunky discharge? If it doesn’t have a fishy smell it could be a yeast infection you can buy Monistat 7 day in the pharmacy. But if it’s BV or an sti you can only get antibiotics when you get checked by the doctor
