How to start sex

We just found out my husband has low testosterone which I'm guessing he has for years now. He is going to a hormone doctor soon about that and other hormone problems due to medication.

In the meantime how do you ladies start sex up with your husband? Or men what do you like? I know it may be a silly question but my husband has a hard time telling me things he enjoys and I'm kind of embarrassed to start anything up due to things that have been said in the past. I'm just not really sure do I warm him up or do I just grab him lol.
