I feel like 1030 cuz thats when baby has the fullest belly. So im thinking from fullest to empty... if that makes sense.

Our baby was in the NICU for a week when she was first born. The nurses told us to go off of when she starts eating, regardless of when she finishes, so we have been using that to time feedings.

I think either is fine depending on what works for you and baby. I’ve been taught that the general rule of thumb is around 3 hours after your last feed, and between 10-11 pm.
