should i be okay?

I had sex w my bf 3 times last night and we used a condom each time due to me finishing antibiotics (been off of antibiotics for 3 days) I also am on the pill which I take perfectly. he finished inside me in the condom should I be okay? the condoms weren’t ripped or anything. i’m only nervous because my bc wasn’t fully effective due to the antibiotics.. my period or withdrawal bleed is due in 9 days
