18 too young?

Do you think an 18 year old is too young to have a baby? Even if they’re finally stable, moved out, in a stable relationship & a responsible adult? Why would you think age matters/doesn’t matter? Just want to see some opinions 😊

Yes. Because you haven't gotten to live yet. Enjoy being an adult first. And no matter how established you think you are at 18, I bet in a few years you'll be way more secure

i got pregnant at 18 and while i don’t have any regrets, i don’t think an 18 year old should actively ttc. you haven’t even gotten to experience life yet or figure out who you are or want to be.

Your life just kinda started I would want to live my young adult life . And settle down in my late 20s . I mean if it’s an accident then it happens but I would never TRY for a baby . And I’m almost 20😅

How can I teach my baby about life experiences when I haven’t had any yet myself? My goals, life focus, moral code, etc has changed so much since being 18. I traveled and woah is life different, weird, and cool out there. I’ve changed jobs, lost friends, had to deal with loneliness and depression. Ive had to understand the power I held. It took me years after being an adult to realize I don’t even have to tell my mom things or listen to what she tells me to do. I had money and could have easily gotten a place to live but wouldn’t have much to teach my kid beyond a high school experience.

I just don't think I was ready to even consider it at 18. I'm grown now and still don't think I'm ready. You are honestly more ahead than I was then and even now. But, you have so many years ahead of you, why not enjoy the few young years you have left. I
But, if you are completely sure right now, then do it.

Don’t listen to anyone but yourself. If you can support the baby and care for it, etc. then your fine! I’m 18 and I’m trying to have a baby. Why? Because that’s what I want and if someone tells me so then that’s too bad because no one tells me what to do🤷‍♀️it’s my life not theirs, if someone is gonna be rude about it then they don’t need to be in my life because I don’t take negativity 🤗(this is my opinion btw, so don’t take it up the butt anyone 😋)

In most cases, yes. But everyone wants different things from life. If you have the money, maturity & stability to back it up, sure. Have babies.
But, I think it's a bad idea for most people. I think it's only responsible to have children in a good environment, with very stable finances, within marriage or lifelong commitment, and if you are ready to commit yourself fully to your life not being about you. Ideally one parent should stay home imo. 
I don't judge people who do it otherwise harshly, but I take parenting very seriously. I think that's the best way to raise kids. 
But I don't want kids, I'll never be in that place! Lol
