Weight loss journey
I’ve been in this weight loss journey for not only because i hated the way I looked but also just to be more healthy of course and wanting to conceive my first child I have been slacking the past two month dealing with stress of buying a home but starting Monday I’m getting back into my routine of working out 5–6 days a week and eating better and cutting out the drinks I’ve been having lol. I use to go to the gym mon-fri with Wednesday being my rest day and Saturdays doing light cardio in my neighborhood and Sundays being my rest day. Wish me lucky
