-Af like cramps, really mild, but at some points feel it more then usual.

- I am not cramping like I was yesterday. And I feel pretty good. My face is breaking out some since yesterday, and I haven’t been able to stay asleep. I fall asleep fine but for the past 3 days I wake up early like 8am(I usually sleep until 1130 😂)
