Washing your vag with unscented baby soap?

Hey y’all. I normally use either warm water or sometimes around my period I’ll use a dove sensitive skin bar soap. It has no scent. I don’t have any “smell” down there other then when I’m on my period. But I want to feel “cleaner” down there. I was thinking about using unscented baby soap/wash and then after I use the bathroom to use unscented baby wipes as well. Just so I feel extra “fresh”. Is this a bad idea or will it cause an infection? Or is it 100% safe?
