Auto insurance
My husband got a motorcycle in June 2019, he added the bike to our insurance. Riding the bike was causing some hip pain so he sold it. He called today to cancel the policy for the bike. They did and we were told twice he would get a refund. He got an email that the bike policy was cancelled and that we have a balance that needs to be paid. We're both confused as to why they said twice we would be getting a refund but the email says we have a balance to pay. If that's the case, why on earth would we pay for something we no longer have? The insurance was only $22 a month for the bike and the balance left on that policy is $126. Which would equal up to the total policy if we had kept it. Makes no sense to us. Any ideas whats going on? Of course we going to call them tomorrow but we were wondering if anyone may have some ideas for us.
