Avocado for baby
I was wondering if anyone has given their baby avocados?? My LO is 5.5months old and I’ve been giving him purées since 4 months. He’s already tried a variety of fruits and veggies but I wanted to get started on avocados! I personally cannot eat them as my digestive system just cannot handle it (I know it sucks right!!) so that being said I would like to introduce it but I know they can be heavy on the stomach. What’s your experience??
