9 weeks cramping

I feel like I'm going crazy. I am 9 weeks with baby #4 today and for thr last 2 or 3 weeks thr cramping has been awful. Honestly if I didnt know better I'd call it Braxton hicks. Its intense and towards the top near my diaphragm. I haven't seen my ob yet.. cant get me in for 2 more weeks.. but I'm going crazy. No bleeding or weird discharge. Other then fatigue and fairly bad morning sickness ( I've lost 6 lbs) I dont have any other symptoms. But i cant get anything done around the house or with my other kids! I need it to ease up!!!!
