What is the best nursing cover for public?

Lately I have been using a blanket or just going into bathrooms to feed my 9 month old baby and I just hate doing that 🤦🏻‍♀️ so I want to invest in a nursing cover up but I wanted to see from other moms, what is the best cover up you guys use when your in public? I know nothing about these cover ups so hopefully someone can help me 😬

I didn't use them, I tried a few times but he would pull them off because he didn't like his head covered. If your baby is 9m it might be a fight to keep them covered.

I have this exact one and a few others..but this brand was the softest, it completely covers you so you dont have to worry about it falling, it let air flow.. but i wasnt see through. It can be used for SO many things. My daughter is almost 2 and i still use them for the high chairs in public.. i would highly recommend this even as a gift! These were a life saver for me!

My baby is 3 months and I've pretty much stopped using them. Investing in some good nursing tops is great, because you can get out just the nipple and people are none the wiser.
My girl HATES covers because they're hot and dark and put her to sleep and we're both just wildly uncomfortable.

I was obsessed with my MilkSnob cover. Not only was it extremely easy & effective as a cover, but it was also useful for a variety of other things-- carseat cover, shopping cart or swing cover, etc. Very stretchy, good fabric weight.

I used the two shirt method. I wear a tank top underneath all of my shirts so when I need to feed, I pull my top shirt up and my bra and tank top down. It limits the exposure of my breast and with the tank top, my stomach is covered too. I also wear cardigans so that from the side, im also covered. I could never mess around with traditional covers lol

I never used one. My baby hated being covered up and tbh I would hate to be covered up while eating too 😂
Maybe look at amazon and see what brands have the best reviews and go from there? That’s what I would do

I have a couple of covers, but honestly the easiest thing for me was to use a muslin swaddle blanket.  The covers were always hard to use when trying to latch, and my kids didn't like being covered.  Plus we live in Texas, so if it's not winter the covers would be too hot.  Now I use the covers for pumping at work and the swaddle blanket for nursing.

I used a boppy brand one that had a rigid neckline so I could look down to see baby but no one else could. It also folded up into itself into a little pouch
