Baby number two came into the world early

I started to have contractions Saturday December the 21st. Didn’t think much of it. Went on with my day at work. I had to see my doctor Monday so I bring it up to her and she starts running all these test, and I’m on my way. Later Monday I get a phone call from her saying I was in preterm labor and if I had 4-5 contractions in an hour to go to the hospital. Well no I waited and didn’t go till Christmas Day. I couldn’t take the pain at about 4 in the afternoon. I tried everything to stop the pain. I then was like fine I’ll go to the hospital. When I got in they put me on the computer and seen my contractions and when they started testing me for anything and everything. Come to find out my water had broken and I didn’t even know. I was in labor for god knows how long already. I was admi

tted to the hospital that night leaving my 21 month old behind at home. Everything speed up fast but I wouldn’t dilate more the 3.5 cm. So Friday morning I finally asked for a c section. I couldn’t take the pain any longer. On December 27th at

9:46 my second baby boy was born at 5 pounds 10 oz at 34 weeks and 4 days.

Yea he might be in the nicu but I’m happy to say he was born breathing and eating on his own. We just have to work on his sugar levels and we’ll hopefully be home soon.
