Why am I so bothered by this

So I have a really hard time with my 2 month old at night. Hes up every hour maybe 2 hours if Im lucky. He cries and fusses. By the morning im completely exhausted. But for some reason when my fiance is up with his its a breeze for him. And also my toddler doesnt listen to me or take me seriously. But he definitely listens to their dad. It really stresses me out and makes me feel like an inferior parent. Has anyone felt this way? Advice?
