Congested

I need help! My 3 month old has had a horrible stuffy nose for two days and I'm at a loss on what I can do to make this more relieving for her. I've steamed her, run a humidifier day and night, gave her bath's with peppermint essential oil, I've used saline spray, used the nose freida and syringe bulb and everything has only been relieving for her for a short amount of time. I really want to do the nose flush but have had mixed feelings about it but I feel like nothing else has worked.
