How long I should bed rest after embryo transfer ?

I took it easy for a few days, but nothing close to traditional bed rest. I skipped my and my husband’s work holiday parties which were the next two nights after the FET, and generally kept to my apt....but I went to the store, did tons of crafting and made cookies etc. Just cozy home time, which was more for my mental state/to stay low key, instead of getting more amped up and lively like I do when I’m around ppl at loud parties. (Hellooooooo extrovert 😬😂)

I just did day of transfer and day after. Light activity for a week.

I was told 3 days. Apparently another doctor at my clinic just says light activity but he said my doctor is super strict. I did 3 days but still had to go up and down the stairs a few times during the day since my husband was at work and I luckily got positive results so it worked for me 🤷🏼‍♀️

I was told I could go back to work afterwards.

I never “bed rest”... take it super easy for day of and following two days. Then go back to mostly normal life minus any lifting above 10 pounds.
