I have a regular high chair and this clip on chair as well! My sil had it with my niece and it was awesome for travel and also restaurants and at home as well. My daughter isn’t old enough to use either yet but excited to start solids in a few months!

So, we usually use our tripp trapp, because they are absolutely the best high chairs ever! I am traveling for work right now, and I got this contraption for my 9 month old so I didn’t have to get a high chair for our hotel room. I only use the bottom straps, he screamed when I did the top ones (he also has only worn the bottom straps in his stroller since he could sit up on his own). I am highly skeptical of everything and had no high hopes for this, but it’s great! It keeps him contained, and sitting (which is huge because he LOVES to stand up 🙄), and I can just throw it in the wash when I gets dirty. It also seems to fit on a variety of chairs, although I have only used it on one. I don’t think I would use it if I had room for a permanent one, but this is AWESOME for travel!
