One-time green discharge, anyone?

Sorry, guys. I didn’t take a pic, but I just had two, green, jelly-ish blobs when I wiped. Each about the size of a fingernail-bed. Nothing before or since (an hour ago). No pain or itchiness, and no problem peeing. It has no smell. I know green can mean infection, but wouldn’t it smell? I’m paranoid it’s my mucus plug, and the beginning of a miscarriage. 11weeks 1day today, and no cramping or anything. Anyone else experienced something similar and it was fine? I left a message for the midwives’ nurse line and I’m waiting for a call back. Thank you for any responses
