Help Pumping at work
Hi I start back work soon and I breastfeed and pump. I have a stash started. But I'm super worried about pumping at work. I'm a nurse and work in a nursing home. Any nurses who pump on the job have any advice on finding time and how to be as sanitary as possible. Also I don't want to have to walk to my car to pump. That's wasting way more time that I won't have.i don't want to loose my supply because of work.
