I need a bag that can do it all!

I have a potty trained toddler and a new baby. We often prefer to travel as light as possible, but with two kids at very different stages it's not easy. When my oldest was in diapers we used a small diaper clutch which was great, we just kept it in the car and it made it so easy to get in and out of places. Then when she was potty trained we switched over to a kid size backpack to hold her travel potty and change of clothes, as well as snacks. Now she's older and the amount of things she wants to bring is increasing, and we're back to diapers with my new baby, I feel like an idiot carrying around a bunch of little bags. I still like the idea of having smaller bags within a big bag though, so I don't have to dig through everything if I need something specific, or at least a really well organized bag with specific compartments. Here's what I need it to hold -

Travel potty, diaper clutch, water bottle, snacks, baby toys, iPad, headphones, pacifier wipes, cleaning wipes...

Hand wipes, pacifiers, stuffed animals (1-2), thin baby blanket, hats (and gloves if it's cold), changes of clothes for 2 kids, cloth diapers, sunscreen...
