Tonsil stones ???

Are these tonsil stones ? Excuse my fillings....

I noticed a couple white spots on my one tonsil and dont know what it is??

Yes. I have them too. Ugh. They are horrible. What I do is I take a q tip and gently press the tonsil and they come out. Then I gargle with mouthwash or salt/water combo. It’s so annoying as they accumulate in your tonsils and smell.

Yep looks like tonsil stones to me, a good way to get rid of them is to gargle warm salt water, make sure to tip your head back.

I would be very careful before you try and take it out of your mouth. That could be a wide range of things from bronchitis to mono and trust me you don’t want either. I would recommend seeing a doctor first before you do anything. If you rip those out it could start bleeding to where you can choke on your own blood. I would be very careful till you see a doctor. Until then my recommendation would be to gargle  warm salt water.
